Matt Higgins

Dr. Matt Higgins serves as the Worship Pastor for NorthWoods Church, and leads the Hope Springs Biblical Counseling ministry. He holds a Doctorate in Ministry in Biblical Counseling from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. He has been an ACBC certified Biblical counselor since 2018. He also holds a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Master of Public Administration degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Matt has been married for 26 years to his wife, Dana, and has one daughter. He enjoys collecting comic books and writing music, which can be found on all major streaming services.
